Its over. The only County with votes left to count is heavily republican. 99% of the vote has been counted. The Dems are typically tough to beat in these special elections. They are very good at bringing in extra help in getting out the vote from sketchy areas. They can't do that as well in a general election. In this case Trump deserves all the credit in pulling the Pub candidate over the hump.
