if collusion is a prosecutable offense, as in Trump colluding with Russians (and I'm using the term loosly, people of Russian decent or people of Russian nationality or people within the Russian government) how does one not see this giant elephant in the room " Fusion GPS and Steel using Russian informants to dig up dirt on Trump?

Shouldn't that be a prosecutable collusion case?
