Cool...my made up one for SEMO was "Red Foxes" or

just plain "Foxes" - or both in singular. Ladies teams would be the "Foxies". I got that from watching a little red affable fox in my parents back yard, just sunning himself in my parents yard, rolling around on the grass and loving life. Probably the only fox I ever recall seeing.
But I didn't submit the logo during selection time.
My other choices were "Thunderbirds" or "Thunderchiefs" for SEMO. We had an Indian mascot there for a while unoffically called "Chief Thunderbird" or some derivation. I think both are keepers as well.
The marching band was called The Golden Eagles, but I think the three names above are superior & also better than Redhawks FWIW.
