The perp was a known psychotic and people diagnosed with a psychosis, should be allowed to own a weapon? Some would argue that there could be misdiagnosis or fake diagnosis so this whole issue would need to be thought through.

By the way T, I saw that video of the Fla stand your ground. The shooter should have just called the police and got the other for aggravated assault. I didn't think this shooting was a righteous one. He wasn't under threat and really didn't know what he was doing. If you know what you're doing, and going to shoot someone, a mag will be emptied.
