We would have to find evidence that he or his associates paid foreigners to fabricate opposition research against the rival candidate. If it develops that Russians, particularly Russians in Russia who are affiliated with Russian intelligence were paid for misinformation against an American candidate or if other foreign agents were deployed to attempt to coopt or frame members of a rival campaign they should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. If it was learned that members of U.S. government agencies, especially law enforcement or intelligence agencies abused their official powers to frame the candidate or his associated in an effort to disrupt a political campaign or attempted to generate a soft coup against an elected official that would be treasonous and those perpetrators should be hanged.

Oh, and collusion is not a crime.
