up the third base coach when heading for second, throwing to the correct base, hustling to 1b, coming up throwing in the OF, overall effort. Stuff that has been done for years in this organization. MM was not holding them accountable. Shildt probably isn't the long term solution but in watching him over the years, he will hold them accountable, and most have played for him.

It isn't a hard concept. Look what Riggleman has done so far with the Reds, same personnel.
