when I read it yesterday was Mann's comments in the notes regarding Watson.
"Mann said that freshman Torrence Watson has displayed the necessary toughness and physicality during summer workouts to indicate that he will be an impactful scorer during his first collegiate season. Watson, a wing from St. Louis, told The Star in May that he knew getting to and finishing at the basket wouldn’t be as easy as it was in high school, and he planned to make his jump shot quicker."
The article also made refernce to an article that appeared earlier in the year with some interesting comments mby CM on Watson. They seems to be counting on him for more than just supplemental scoring.

He is the true X factor to me. We were looking at MPJ to break the freshmen scoring marks at Missouri last year. Though I wouldn't expect Watson too, it wouldn't surprise me to see him be in the top 5 freshmen in Mizzou history after this year.
