ongoing Mueller inquiry. It doesn't. It is another ridiculous rehash of the Clinton emails. As stupid as that is, as his role in oversight - Gowdy should get those docs. The tradition I referenced was that Congressmen have not gotten access to docs in on-going inquirees.
