being's body limb from limb, or deliberately killing him or her is not a legitimate use of one's own body.
A woman cannot kill a neighbor child who walked into her yard to pick up his baseball, even though she has ownership of her own yard.
It would even be more egregious for her to kill her own child who did so. Ownership of her yard does not give her a right to kill one of her children.
