1) Lack of ball control (focus) leading to hitting Cirvelli (sp?).

2) Trio of errors

3) 2-3 poor defensive plays that should have been made, but weren't errors.

4) Matheny admitting postgame that relief pitching didn't look good to, but him sticking with it longterm allowing the go ahead pirate run.

Even though it was big win against a divisional foe. Something you can build on in terms of not giving up. It was an effort where both team and management can make improvements. Feel like the minor things will continue to haunt them.
