Borders are a government function not a religious one.

Once again you make the same mistake you always do. When Jesus spoke he was always speaking of individual responsibilities not governmental ones. I cannot remember a single passage from the bible where Jesus commands governmental action. Charity was an individual responsibility in all of Jesus' teachings.
