that 10 teams seems excessive at this point, which I think most people can agree with.

To be clear, I don't really fault him for it since he's a high school basketball star who's glorified by the local media. At his age, in his situation, I might have done the same thing.

It's also possible that he's not seeking attention at all, but rather trying to show some love to those fan bases. So, I'll digress by giving him the benefit of the doubt in that regard.
