Normal state he would be a walkon, as would Geist but Geist can contribute in spurts without being such a liability and being exposed to the same degree. Ideally both would be about 5-7 mpg players as upperclassmen. You wouldn't want Vanleer as the 10th man in your rotation unless there were injury or other depth issues. 12-13 scholarship role would be more ideal.
