evidence at worst or circumstantial evidence at best.
on a related topic the problem with Special Councils, in general, is that they tend to view their job as the need to "get" somebody.
if they spend years and millions of dollars investigating and come up empty they are perceived as failures regardless if that's the right call or not.
the only way they appear to be doing their job is if they get scalps. the scalps so far are for process crimes and crimes unrelated to Trump or the campaign other than the 13 Russians who will never see the inside of a US court or prison anyway.
personally, I continue to be more concerned about the abuses of rights and domestic spying than I ever will regarding Russia's attempt to meddle; which I assume happens all the time but with very limited or no actual success.
