Don't need anything new.
Need a pass rusher that plays on the boundary-side: that would be the DE types: Williams, Turner, Anderson, Agbasimere, the freshmen.
On the field-side play the normal Sam: Lee. Or a nickel: Ross, Bledsoe, et al.
The only difference is you play a bigger body--apparently Elliott and Byers--at the field side 5. The bigger guys are an area of significant depth.
Essentially you're trading a DE: very thin, for a DT-type body: very deep.
The question is what does the new alignment mean for the style of defense: do the DL still attack gaps or does it mean a shift to 2-gapping.
