But Groce made a Sweet 16 before Illinois hired him. Stan Heath made an elite eight before getting the Arkansas job. Mark Fox had some damn good teams at Nevada (although never made it past the second round).
Musselman is much better than all three, but it's pretty difficult to say for sure this success would translate to a bigger program or even future seasons at Nevada.
