including violent crime. The crime in kc is exponentially more widespread throughout it much smaller metro area contributing to dwindling population, no corporate presence & it’s lagging behind all other much larger markets.

The KC Star has called kc’s homicide epidemic out of control.

Meanwhile, STL just announced it’s 2nd large luxury apartment/condo tower outside Busch across from the one the Cardinals announced last year & which is currently under construction. 9 Hotels currently in development in downtown STL, another luxury residential tower under construction to overlook Forest Park in the CWE designed by a world class, globally acclaimed Chicago design group & is about to host the SEC Basketball Tounament following Arch Madness currently underway!

Oh & Chesterfield is one of the areas along with multiple other areas, including Downtown, that is booming, dipsh*t.
