The article does nothing in terms of tying Kushner to what you're attempting to accuse him of.
And the only facts available for Kushner having his clearance downgraded, is Kelly tightened up interim security clearances for all WH staffers who have yet to have a completed background investigation. This was due to the revelations of Rob Porter. That's it, and suggesting it's something else without facts is simply conjecture.
