coach's face on the sidelines during a game, tossing a ref's flag into the stands, left the field thinking he was ejected, returning to the field without complete uniform when he discovered in the locker room he was not ejected (cleats on wrong feet as well), jumping another coach's case on the team bus.
He was a distraction to the team and in the locker room.
The fact the Chiefs had to shop him around and only got chump change in return says his reputation around the league was tarnished.
