Do you think Marcus Peters would continue to be "that good" here when he clearly hates it here and the coaching staff? Chiefs would get zero production from him. He was already unwilling to tackle on run support. Guarantee you he would've not shown up for camp and been even a bigger malcontent. He was done here as a contributing player and a cancer.

So the trade is exactly what a team was willing to pay. Ballard, Nagy, and John Dorsey passed on even trading a 6th and a pile of dogshyt for him.

Good luck to the Rams, 'cause they'll need it. Peters is back home with his posse. I can see this going the Aldon Smith way very quickly.
