Upsides:
1.with all the WR coaching experience, the receivers will be in the right place at right time & catch the ball.
2. ST should give better field position for O & D.
3. DD attention to detail gotta help the entire staff.

Unknown: can Walters as the DC be effective? I think it was hard to tell with him previously.
