by 20 points, clinching the #3 seed for the SEC tournament. SC, whether they win or lose at Tennessee later today, clinches the #2 seed with Georgia's win. We would have been the #2 seed if Georgia, SC, and LSU had all lost, but that's gone now.

Now the best we can do is get the 4 seed, which brings with it the double bye. And that's only if we beat TAMU later today. If we lose we will be either the 5 or 6 seed.

I'm actually glad Georgja won and we will be seeded no higher than 4. At this point I'd rather be seeded either 4 or 5. Because that puts us in the Miss State side of the bracket. It assures us a chance at 1 more quality win, then a no lose opportunity to upset Miss State. A win over them probably clinches a 3 seed nationally for us, and a loss doesn't hurt us much at all.

At this point, and it will be affected also by what other teams around us do, I think beating TAMU today and then winning the quarterfinal against a top 25 opponent clinches a 3 seed for the NCAA tournament, even if we lose to Miss State in the semifinals.

If we lose to TAMU today, I think we still clinch at least a 4 seed with one more quality win in the quarters.
