The real focus - as you know - is Mueller who came out of nowhere yesterday with 13 indictments and what appears to be a plea deal with Robert Gates.
What we know is that people do not enter plea deals unless a prosecutor basically has them dead to rights and that the accused has something of significant enough value to equate with the bargain portion of the plea bargain.
But golly gee how ABOUT that memo?
