Wrestling recruiting question:

I don’t follow the sport much but know we have turned into a top tier program over the years and that’s awesome. My question is when we recruit high school guys, is it just assumed that they have 1 or more HS state championships...asked another way, are all of our current scholarship wrestlers 🤼‍♀️ former once or multi state champions? Ie is that pedigree pretty much required to be recruited to a top tier program like ours
