We are playing in the toughest conference in the nation, and he has the longest winning streak of any conference member. He is taking over what is arguably the worst power conference program in the nation last year and certainly the worst MU team of the modern era and has us in the top 4 of the SEC.

The following are true:

- Not only were we an 8 win team last year, but we lost 4 of the 6 top players from that atrocious team

- He has been without his go to scorer all year due to injury

- 2 players transferred midseason and another is on a medical redshirt

- Vanleer is starting, and Geist is our only semi-point guard on the roster

- Our only even arguably avg individual defender should be in high school this year, and everyone else on the roster is somewhere between below avg to poor as a defender. Yet as a unit we are a force defensively.

- The strength of our team is our young frontcourt and a grad transfer. All 3 were previously already committed to different programs at the time Cuonzo was hired.

Its just amazing.
