ideologies. Both are born from communism. Mussolini (who was a communist) coined the term National Socialism to refer to a socialism tailored to the culture of a country instead of the one size fits all from Moscow.

Hitler added the racial component. Hitler hated communism because Karl Marx was a Jew. The racial animus was Hitler's.
