I do not get Winer's angle

with his op-ed in Wapo. There are probably some people out there wishing he would have just kept his mouth shut. He literally confirms Nunes's suspicion as opposed to clearing his name whatsoever. He should have been giving any information he had to the FBI, not Steele. Also, you can never mention ole "Sid Vicious's" name and come off looking clean.
