MO kids, aside from perhaps skill guys because you can quantify speed. Babb was one I wanted but he tore his ACL and may not be the same guy in college. Gicinto is smallish, but fast. Runs good routes, too. Played at Raytown, which is NOT a football factory by any means. Good pick up for us.
Take for instance Whiteside, who was a under-the-radar 2-star last class from TX and was a LOAD as a true FR. So who's to say he's worse than Perkins or Thompson? He is in a State with so much talent that kids like him get lost in the rankings.
It's very simple to rank the top kids in MO and the other thing is that in MO, even the biggest schools play crap competition a lot. So that skews abilities even more.
