Your view and understanding of rights is twisted and perverted.

In your mind a guy who stops selling kiddie porn for a bit to masturbate in front of some little kids on the sidewalk is not violating anyone's rights, but a policeman who pulls over a drunk flying through a school zone with kids about to cross the street is violating the drunk's rights... and if the drunk jumps out and shoots the cop as he's walking up to his car you consider that it is the drunk's right to do so... self-defense and all.
