Honestly this is the first time I've had to hire someone for an important full time position for my store in almost a decade. I hate interviewing, but given that it's an important position and I'm really looking forward to starting fresh and getting the kind of help I need, I'm actually excited about this.

A change has been necessary for a while now and I know it will be a great thing for the store and for my peace of mind.
