Your precious "memo" is not that precious. That Alex Jones and Fox think it is the bee's knees, it is not. The memo is little more in isolation than more of a continued effort to distract again and again from Mueller's investigation.
By "minor political move" do you refer to shutting down the govt b/c the GOP, four months into the fiscal year, have failed to produce a budget?
