vote for it & 2 of them did so for spending concerns. A fourth, McConnell only voted No as a procedural matter.

5 Dems were on board, because they know their constituents will makes them pay for it, if they don’t. The rest of the Dems favor Illegals over US Citizens.

There is no other explanation or excuse for them. They could easily approve a spending measure without holding the country hostage over Illegals.
