believe it, the actions of many in Hollywood has had a positive impact in the past year towards lessening these incidents. No, not everything is solved and yes many allowed it to happen for years.

But there seems to be a strong effort today to find and punish the people that have committed these acts in the past to prevent them in the future. It's easier to point at past actions and say "Look, they didn't care!" than it is to look at what's going on today with people like Weinstein, Spacey, Lauer, or the countless others who have had their careers pretty much ended because of their past actions. That's progress and they seem to be trying to fix the problem as a whole industry.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
