Mueller will not steer his investigators 1000 miles away from that book.

That book is public information now - it's not going to become the basis of Mueller's investigation, BUT his people will read it AND look for quotes regarding any of their "targets". They will be talking to Mr. Bannon for any direct knowledge (not his opinions - "treasonous".)
