Undefeated is all it takes? They beat an uninspired Auburn in a consolation game that was a huge letdown relative to the playoff game they were nearly in, versus UCF playing in their most important game in school history. UCF beat Navy by 10. Took overtime to beat Memphis. UConn played UCF closer at UCF than at home against Mizzou. Congrats to UCF for an outstanding season, but they are still arguably not one of the best 8 teams in the nation.
