so we don't have to use out own military. They provide humanitarian relief in the way of food, shelter and medicine. Remember when one a**hole got on a plane with ebola? Imagine that happening regularly. They're invisible here in the US because they're not needed. They do a great deal and there is no other mechanism in place to replace the things they accomplish.
