All of the above. I doubt if the money spent by government drops off at all - Trump has lined up his spending wishes to take the place of anything that might be cut. So the money has to come from somewhere and I don't think that giving big tax cuts to the rich and very modest (if any) to most middle class Americans is a fair way to approach the problem.

But I also do not like ending the mandate for Affordable Health Care. That program made health care affordable for many and obviously it's never going to work without a full spectrum of the population involved.
