Is it like the night after a real bender when you look at your posts the next day and realize you embarrassed yourself again? At least those are blurred memories. These posts should be concrete proof to you that you literally can not control yourself. Maybe just limit yourself to one rambling/repetitive response instead of just posting the same thing to every response you get.
