NK claimed in 2006 their 1st test of a nuke bomb...it was discounted by scientists who described the test as 'a fizzle'..Some also speculated that the test may be a ruse using conventional explosives and nuclear material.

In 2009 they restarted their program and detonated its 2nd test weapon. No response from Obama.

In 2013 they tested their 3rd weapon. No response from Obama
