suffering from ptsd since 9/11? I still don't quite understand that...was he in the building? A first responder in NY? Did watching the events on tv give him ptsd?
I did read something about the incident and the minor and i believe he said someone had drugged him that night and he didn't remember most of it.
It's an odd deal.
