Ignore the findings, because a black man headed the DOJ at the time. Further proving my point..
Blacks are incapable of judging situations where blacks are involved, but white judges do it every day in extreme cases. And its deemed legit..

A man selected and confirmed to be the chief law officer in the land... all of that means nothing because he's black he won't do his job...

If that type of attitude is held towards him, imagine if to someone just applying for a job...
