in China should all Americans be banned from China as in some Muslims from countries x, y and z are terrorists so should all immigrants from countries x, y and z be banned.
the problem is terrorism is not analogous to shoplifting. and immigrants from those countries were never to be banned permanently. it was temporary in order to revamp extreme vetting b/c most of those countries have no functioning bureaucracy that can be relied upon to vet their own citizens.
