Alabama religious voters. Its explaining in context why they would act in illogical or indefensible manners in terms of their decision making process. They aren't governed or guided by a value set that requires that and thus their actions and decisions actually are 'rational' from their own perspective.
Is 'muzz' supposed to be a reference to Muslim? Of course people who are Muslim that make irrational decisions or actions on their basis of their religion are doing so under the same factors.
