Walters is a first time DC, so Mizzou could pay him less than the 600k Cross made.
If Finley is named OC, the same applies. Mizzou could pay him less than the 700k Huepel made.
If Cooper is named the OL coach, he will make less than the 360k Elarbee made.
That might allow for increases in what the position coaches make, without increasing the pool the assistants draw from.
