of NBC news certainly is good at getting filmed in what appear to be volatile situations.
He sort of appears to be the short, cute, preppy type but does seem to get in the middle of crap.
Saw him in a news clip yesterday with bricks flying, fire & smoke behind him, people running helter skelter and Richard ignores it all while looking into the camera.
