I suppose there is one slightly subjective component and that is whether you accept or reject the axiom of the logical deductions.
The axiom being: each individual has a superior right to his life and body over all other individuals.
If you accept this, then what constitutes property is defined from a logical and rational expansion of this axiom.
If you reject this axiom, then you are a widely-accepted terrible person (which lends credence to the fact that this is likely not a subjective axiom).
