something you say when you perceive that somebody is "upset" or "mad" because of you or something affiliated with you. This is the "hurt" part of the phrase.

What the geniuses do now, is to add the word "butt" to the phrase to make the insinuation that you were the recipient of anal intercourse, and painful intercourse at that, and that you are therefore upset that you were on the receiving end of such intercourse. And by proxy, you being mad at one assigning the label also gives the implication that that party is the one who was the inserter in the simulated intercourse, thus making it all so much more hilarious
