Agreed on Hill - I don't like the "co coach" for anything...

I'd rather have one good OC than two halves.

Hill has done a lot of good for Mizzou, but I'm not sure that he's an OC (he may be best suited in his current role.)

With BO as HC/DC, he needs a guy that takes charge of the offense (and not necessarily a guy just to "run the O that Barry wants".)
