Sounds like this a-hole made quite a scene, so much so that the poor clerk (cashier) that receives the fines had to have assistance, and court officers were all that was around, so they helped.

I would suggest there is probably another side of the story, but obviously you prefer to take the word of a dipshyt and his sleazy attorney. The video hardly shows the court officer choking the life out of the "victim". So the idiot has already pled guilty to his charges related tot he incident, but now his attorney has convinced him to try to get a payday out of it. Good luck, morons.

And it is interesting you think the court officer should lose his pension over the incident. On what basis? Just because you think so? LOL. Sometimes I am amazed at how uneducated people are regarding law and policy. It is interesting you seem to not believe in due process or the concept of "innocent until proven guilty".
