as there are mouth breathing retards.
So how is spending money on something thats never going to improve anything a good idea?
most states have an A+ program where if you get a C average in class, show up. You get two free years at community college. if they cant take those two free years at CC and turn them into two more on their own dime or a scholarship/grant to a four year school. how are they better than mouth breathers?
libs complain about the wall being built, but what to waste money thats going to factually achieve less than the wall would.
